Dennis Rowe Entertainment Presents Port Chicago 50
Direct from Hollywood and New York, Port Chicago 50 is a theatrical stage play about African American Sailors who were recruited by the United Stages Navy to work in a navy shipyard in Port Chicago (California) where dangerous artillery were loaded onto ships to support WWII. Something goes terribly wrong? There was a blast and 320 (of which 202 were Black) were killed. Meet the Sailors and relive their journey in this critically acclaimed production.
